Submitting FileCloud Syncclient.log

SUMMARY

When troubleshooting FileCloud Synchronization issues it is often requested to send the syncclient.log file to support  for analysis.  This article will provide those instructions.

 

MORE INFORMATION

  1. Right-click FileCloud Sync tool in the System Tray Notification area
  2. Click More Options
     
       
  3.  
     
    Click Troubleshooting
     
  4. A folder with syncclient.log file will open
  5.  Attach syncclient.log to existing Bizcom Support Ticket.
