Hosted Exchange 2010 with Edge and Chrome browsers

BizCom Support has learned that some functions within Hosted Exchange 2010 Outlook Web Access do not work properly when using the Windows 10 Edge browser or the latest versions of Chrome. This is due to changes in the browsers that make them no longer compatible with Exchange 2010 OWA.

The primary function that does not work is adding attachments. When you click the attachment button it does nothing.

To work around this issue please use Internet Explorer.

1. Open the Edge browser and go to the OWA site.

2. Click the More Options button on the right and click Open in Internet Explorer.
