Accessing your submitted forms

  1. Login to your website and go to the page that has the form you want to access.
  2. Click the black pencil icon at the top right of the form and select Manager to access the forms data.
  3. You will be taken to our PowerForms module where you can access the History Records of all the submitted forms. You can view, search, and export all the submitted data.
    1. To view the details of a record, simply click the arrow located at the far right of each record.
    2. To remove a record, simply check the record(s) that you want to delete and click the Cleanup All button and click OK to confirm.
    3. To export records, simply high the record(s) you want to export and click the Export button and click OK to confirm. Save the Excel formatted file to your computer. To export all the records, click on the Export All button and click OK to confirm. Save the Excel formatted file to your computer.
    4. To search for records, simply select your date range on the Start Date and End Date fields and click Search.
  4. To exit the PowerForms screen, simply click the blue arrow pointing left at the top left of the screen.
