If you do not remember the email address on file for your domain name, please visit the following link, type in your domain name, and the details about your account will be displayed, including the email address on file for your domain name registration - https://whois.icann.org/en
You can then log into the first link using your email address to reset your password.
If your email address has changed and you no longer have access to the original email address used to register your domain name, we can reset it for you. In order to reset your email address, you will need to open a support ticket at https://support.bizcomweb.com to make the request. You are required to provide a formal written request, as well as a copy of a valid State issued ID matching the owner listed in the domain registry. For security reasons, we require proof of ownership for all account resets. There is a $35 fee for all email address resets.
BizCom is happy to reset your password for you as well. If the email address on file is the same as your current email address, please open a support ticket with your request. There is a one-time charge of $35 for password resets performed by BizCom.
Domain Names are an integral part of any business. It is important that you keep your information safe and secure for future reference.
New ICANN laws require domain owners to verify their information yearly. Failure to do so may cause you to incur domain registration issues. Please avoid these issues by completing your yearly domain validation. Notices are sent to the email address on file in the domain name registry.
If you have any questions or concerns about your domain name outside of what is noted within this article, please contact us at 919-855-8399.
