Datamotion encryption Button not working

If 'SendSecure' button was successfully installed but does not appear on the 'Message' tab, it is generally due to being disabled by Outlook. You can set Outlook to stop disabling the DataMotion add-in using the steps below.


1. In Outlook, click on File and select 'Manage Add-ins'

2. On the Disabled Add-ins screen, click on 'Always enable this add-in'.

This will prevent Outlook from disabling the add-in in the future. Restart Outlook to make sure the 'Send Secure' add-in has loaded correctly.

The button should appear on the MESSAGE tab in Outlook when you click the New Email button.
