Android device will not connect to Hosted Exchange 2010

BizCom Support has dealt with a couple of cases on newer Android devices where the phone only asks for the user's email address and password to configure Exchange sync but then fails to connect and gives no option to enter the server name. If this happens to you try the following:

1. Instead of entering your real email address and password enter a fake email address and password. Ex.

2. The phone should take you to the next screen where you can enter the server address and your userid and password.

3. Once the account is created you can go back in to the account and edit the email address and password from the first step.
