Intermittent Outbound Email Delays

A little after 10am EST EdgeWave resolved the issue and the outbound email queues are flowing normally now.

BizCom Support has been monitoring an intermittent outbound email issue this morning.

The source of the problem is with EdgeWave, our anti-spam/av protection provider.

EdgeWave Support is aware of the issue and is currently working to return outbound email flow to normal conditions.
