We are currently experiencing a DNS outage that is effecting our data centers. Our engineers and our vendor engineers are working to resolve the issue.
We will post an update once the services are back online.
Customers that are using hosted exchange product that is disconnected are in emergency mode. The emails are being spooled at Edgewave and our continuity product is engaged.
If you login to edgewave at bizcom.redcondor.net with your normal email address and password, there is are a few new options.
· download message
· print message.
You can use these options for the time being to send and receive mail
