Email Outage

**PLEASE READ**

Engineers continue to work on the corrupted mail system. It is still down and will remain down for an extended period of time.

We are working with customer to make their mailboxes accessible via office 365 in lieu of continuity mode.

For customers that BizCom controls your DNS we have already validated the domains, and are working on building users in Office 365.

If your company controls your own DNS either please open a ticket and provide information on how we can make DNS changes for you, or provide a primary contact so we can get these changes to happen.

If you have not already done so, if your Outlook is open, please make sure your profile is set to work offline (see instructions below).

You need to also export your data from your Outlook profile.  Please follow the instructions below based on the device you are on.

Please do not delete your current Outlook profile, or email profile on your mobile device, tablets or Macs.
